In order to ensure a fair and consistent process for all customers, we have established a strict returns and refund policy.

Returns and Exchanges

We are pleased to accept returns or exchanges on the day of arrival for all items in their original packaging,  and in the same condition as they were when purchased with the original sales receipt. Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Damaged or used items

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide the reason for return or exchange: Clearly explain why you would like to return or exchange the item. This will help us understand the situation and assist you accordingly.
  3. Our customer service team will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition and has not been used or damaged: Our team will carefully examine the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for return or exchange.
  4. If the item is eligible for return or exchange, you will be refunded the full purchase price using the original payment method. If you are exchanging the item, you will be responsible for any additional cost difference.




Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
